Why Publishing Takes Longer Than Building the Last Feature
Store guidelines, 14-day continuous tests, privacy declarations, and compliance checks require dedicated execution. Zunaki manages every step on your own accounts so you can stay focused on product engineering.
Developer Account Setup
Google Play Console and Apple Developer Program enrolment, identity verification, and advice on personal vs organisation accounts (including D-U-N-S numbers).
12-Tester Closed Testing
We plan and run your Google Play closed test: recruiting and onboarding testers, tracking opt-ins every day, and keeping the 14-day clock running.
Store Listing & Declarations
Titles, descriptions, screenshots, content rating, target audience, ads declaration, Data Safety form and Apple App Privacy details.
Builds & Signing
Android App Bundles with Play App Signing, iOS certificates, provisioning profiles, TestFlight builds and version management.
Review & Rejection Fixes
We answer reviewer questions, fix policy issues and resubmit — for both Google Play policy and Apple App Review Guidelines.
Updates & Releases
Staged rollouts, update submissions, policy-change notices and target API level updates after launch.
12-Tester Closed Testing Requirement
Personal Google Play accounts created after Nov 2023 require 12+ real testers opted-in for 14 continuous days before production unlock.
Where Developers Usually Get Stuck
How Zunaki Guarantees Production Approval
App Store Review & Rejection Resolution
Apple tests every binary against strict Human Interface and Review Guidelines. We eliminate common blockers before submission and resolve rejections fast.
App Completeness
We eliminate crashes, placeholder assets, and broken links, configuring dedicated reviewer test credentials for all login-gated features.
Accurate Metadata
We ensure screenshot devices match actual binary resolutions, and descriptions precisely match feature functionality without misleading claims.
Minimum Functionality
Apps cannot feel like repackaged websites. We ensure native device integration, offline fallbacks, and platform-specific UI patterns.
Data Privacy & Deletion
We configure mandatory in-app account deletion flows, permission prompt strings (NSCameraUsageDescription etc.), and App Privacy declarations.
In-App Purchases (IAP)
We audit digital entitlement delivery, ensure StoreKit compliance, and prevent external billing workarounds that trigger immediate rejection.
Resubmission Appeal Prep
When an unexpected rejection occurs, we map the issue to reviewer notes, deliver the required patch, and craft clear resolution letters.
Google Play vs. Apple App Store Publishing
Key requirements, account fees, and compliance hurdles compared side-by-side.
.aab) with Google Play App Signing
.ipa) uploaded via Xcode or Transporter
Fees and policies are governed directly by Google and Apple. We verify all current guidelines for your specific account setup prior to submission.
From Build to Live in Four Steps
A simple, transparent process — you can see progress in your own developer console at every stage.
Free App Review
We check your build, account type, listing and privacy setup, and send a checklist of what's missing.
Listing & Compliance
We prepare store listings, screenshots, Data Safety / App Privacy answers, content rating and policy declarations.
Testing & Submission
We run Google Play closed testing where required and submit to both stores with reviewer notes and demo accounts.
Approval & Launch
We handle reviewer questions or rejections until the app is live, then help with rollout and updates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Personal Google Play developer accounts created after 13 November 2023 must run a closed test with at least 12 testers who stay opted in for 14 consecutive days before they can apply for production access. The requirement was originally 20 testers and was later reduced to 12. Organisation accounts are not subject to this requirement.
Yes. We always publish on your own Google Play Console and Apple Developer accounts so you keep full ownership of the app, its reviews and its revenue. You add us as a user with the permissions we need and can remove access at any time.
Yes. Send us the rejection message from App Store Connect. We identify the exact guideline cited, make or recommend the changes (code, metadata, privacy details or demo account), and prepare a clear reply to App Review before resubmitting.
If you are a registered business, an organisation account is usually the better choice: it shows your company name on the store and is not subject to the 12-tester closed-testing requirement. It does require a D-U-N-S number. Individuals without a registered business need a personal account.
Apple reviews most submissions within a day or two. Google Play reviews can take from a few hours to several days, and first submissions from new accounts often take longer. On Google Play, new personal accounts must also complete the 14-day closed test first.
Your release build (or source code), developer account access, app name and descriptions, icon and screenshots (or we can create them), a privacy policy URL, and answers about the data your app collects. We send you a simple checklist at the start.
Yes. The store requirements are the same however the app was built. As long as we can get a signed Android App Bundle (AAB) or an iOS build, we can publish it.
